Shipping costs by product category

We charge you for shipping costs because our products are delicate glassware that cannot be stacked during transport. Therefore, the carrier requires additional space.

Depending on your configured model and its width, shipping costs vary.

The products are packaged either in carton boxes or wooden crates. Visit our journal to learn more about our packaging types here. Most products are delivered in wooden crates to prevent any risk of breakage during transport for your high-quality product.

We charge pro rata delivery costs depending on the packaging type and product width, which will be visible for you during the check-out process.

Delivery costs may vary for island deliveries.
Your shipment will always be sent to you with transport insurance.

Shipment terms

You will receive a shipping notification via email. Delivery typically takes place within 3-8 business days between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. (Monday - Friday). Beyond the shipping notification via email, there will be no phone notification of delivery. If you are not at home, the courier will leave a notice asking you to call to arrange a delivery time.

Delivery is 'free curbside.' This means the goods will be delivered to the sidewalk or property line at the specified address.

We ship with various carriers. Not all offer tracking. If available, you can track the status of your shipment using the link included in your shipping notification.

The majority of our products are custom-made individually according to your configuration selections; this results in a certain delivery time.

In-stock products are delivered within 1-2 weeks.
Custom-made items are delivered within 6-8 weeks.

The delivery times generally apply after order confirmation (in the case of advance payment, after receipt of payment) and are in addition to the actual shipping time.
